Shipping policy
We process orders within 1-3 business days (with the exception of custom orders). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days after they have been shipped. Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
If your order arrives damaged or you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us soon as possible so we can assist you. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
